OK and ethics
OK fulfils all international standards regarding ethics. Our work is based on the ILO Convention on child labour, forced labour, health and safety, minimum pay, working hours, discrimination, freedom to unionise and collective wage agreements and we fulfil the world declaration on human rights and the UN's Children's Convention.
We also aim to conduct our business ethically correct and strive continuously to improve ethical values within our organisation.
OK and social responsibility
We take our social responsibilities seriously. First and foremost in relation to the employees who work for, or have worked at OK.
OK is an open and accessible workplace for employees who are ill, handicapped or have limited capacity to work. Continued connection to their workplace and maintenance of a network can thus be upheld to the extent the employee desires. OK also supports employees or former employees in difficulty through its foundation. Employees in need can apply to the foundation in such instances as illness or the death of their spouse.
OK supports over 30 associations working with sporting activities for the handicapped through such schemes as advertising.
OK also supports organisations such as SOS Børnebyerne, and via our charge card sponsorships, we support a large number of local activities.
